The quality, size, condition and shipping all met my expectations. The rug was packaged very securely and arrived in perfect condition. The colors, though slightly faded (as advertised) are still vibrant and look lovely against my dark wood flooring. I would buy from this vendor again.

Love this rug. It took 10 days to arrive, from placing the order to my doorstep in Ohio. Looks just like the pictures, and the measurements were spot on. Love it and will probably buy more! These Herki rugs just have a wonderful texture underfoot. I already have 4 but I have a big house with wood floors I like to protect, so I might need more!! Thank you.

Very pleased with both the seller, who was helpful and responsive, and with the quality of the vintage rug we purchased. What impresses me most and is most important is that the rug looks the same as it did in the photos. So many times I notice reviewers say that an item does not look quite the same as the photos, but that is not at all true here.
